Eugene Flinn \u201980 and his wife, Joyce Flinn, co-owners of Amanda\u2019s in Hoboken, recently hosted alumni and friends of the University for a fundraising event at their restaurant. For the fifth year, the pair graciously donated a five-course dinner with wine pairings for all attendees. This year\u2019s event raised more than $20,000, bringing the five-year fundraising total to more than $100,000. The proceeds from the event benefit St. Aedan\u2019s: The Saint Peter\u2019s University Church and Campus Ministry projects such as Schola and the Campus Kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
