The national news program used the first drone ever allowed in the New York subway system to gain an exclusive look at the construction project taking place 10 stories underground.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Plotch previously served as the director of World Trade Center redevelopment and special projects at the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC), where he helped to lead the nation\u2019s efforts to rebuild Lower Manhattan. Prior to serving LMDC, Dr. Plotch played a lead role in planning improvements to the New York metropolitan area\u2019s transportation system.
