Saint Peter\u2019s was ranked among the top three in the Colleges\/Universities category, M.B.A. Program category and the Accounting Degree Program category.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe take great pride in this recognition from<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>NJBIZ<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>readers,\u201d said Mary Kate Naatus, Ph.D., KPMG dean of the Frank J. Guarini School of Business at Saint Peter\u2019s University. \u201cThe Reader Rankings is so important to us because it is truly a vote of confidence from our Saint Peter\u2019s family as well as the business leaders who employ our graduates.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>NJBIZ Reader Rankings<\/em>\u00a0award program began in 2017 and was designed to recognize the regard that\u00a0<em>NJBIZ<\/em>\u00a0readers have for the businesses in their communities. The annual survey features more than 50 categories and identifies leaders in a variety of industries ranging from banking, finance, insurance, education, health care, philanthropy, real estate and more. Three winners are selected in each category based on the number of votes that are received by\u00a0<em>NJBIZ<\/em>\u00a0readers.<\/p>\n<p>The accounting program at Saint Peter\u2019s recently established a pilot program developed in collaboration with PwC, a professional services firm providing services across two segments: Trust Solutions and Consulting Solutions. The pilot program is a paid, 30-credit post-bachelor experience offered by Saint Peter\u2019s and work experience at PwC that will enable accounting students to earn the necessary credits for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in New Jersey through a \u201cWork for Credit\u201d program. In addition to providing this cutting-edge opportunity, Saint Peter\u2019s accounting students also enjoy above average job placement rates.
