Behavioral health \u2013 which includes mental health, substance use, and more \u2013 is a key part of our overall well-being. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about could benefit from connecting with a behavioral health professional. That is why CAPS has partnered with Aiberry<\/strong> to offer SPU students online tools to identify possible signs of mental health or substance use conditions, and get connected to help.<\/p>\n

Anonymous,<\/b> Confidential <\/b>and FREE. <\/b>Aiberry screening tools cover a variety of mental health and wellness issues; for those unsure where to start, take their general well-being screening. Although these screens are informational and not diagnostic, they provide a convenient opportunity to evalsuate if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional for a more thorough assessment.<\/p>\n
