Behavioral health – which includes mental health, substance use, and more – is a key part of our overall well-being. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about could benefit from connecting with a behavioral health professional. That is why CAPS has partnered with Aiberry to offer SPU students online tools to identify possible signs of mental health or substance use conditions, and get connected to help.

Anonymous, Confidential and FREE. Aiberry screening tools cover a variety of mental health and wellness issues; for those unsure where to start, take their general well-being screening. Although these screens are informational and not diagnostic, they provide a convenient opportunity to evalsuate if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional for a more thorough assessment.
