Saint Peter\u2019s Faculty is responsible for providing access to education, which is free from discrimination. That responsibility includes providing students with approved academic accommodations. See the Saint Peter\u2019s anti-harassment, anti-discrimination and anti-bullying policies for more information.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Faculty Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Provide an inclusive and safe environment for all students.<\/li>\n
  2. At all times, Faculty must comply with the Saint Peter\u2019s University policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment, retaliation and bullying.<\/li>\n
  3. Faculty should include a brief statement in their syllabus that reinforces the university\u2019s commitment to provide accommodations to any student with disabilities an example of the statement could be: Saint Peter\u2019s Faculty is responsible for providing access to education which is free from discrimination.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Refer students to accomodations@huangshizhaopin.com<\/a> when the student informs you of a disability. Any academic accommodation provided must be granted through the the accommodation request process.<\/li>\n
  5. Implement in-class or exam accommodations as detailed in the student\u2019s Letter of Accommodations. You may not make alternative arrangements with students; all accommodation requests must be submitted via e-mail at accommodations@huangshizhaopin.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n

    Process for Implementing Academic Accommodations<\/h3>\n

    1. Students apply for academic accommodations by submitting the Accommodation Request Form<\/a> and the appropriate documentation. Once they are approved, they will meet with a CASE administrator to discuss their accommodations and receive their Letter of Accommodations.<\/li>\n
    2. Students are then responsible for providing each professor with their Letter of Accommodations.<\/li>\n
    3. Faculty is responsible for reviewing the provided Letter of Accommodations. If a student requests a meeting to discuss the approved academic accommodations contained in the student\u2019s Letter of Accommodations, you should make every effort to accommodate the request during your next scheduled office hours.<\/li>\n
    4. Faculty is responsible for implementing the accommodations approved in a student\u2019s Letter of Accommodation. Academic accommodations are assessed for each student based on the information presented to the University.<\/li>\n
    5. Faculty is expected to cooperate with any requests for materials to facilitate testing in alternative locationss.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Common forms of in-class academic accommodations include:<\/p>\n
